The pre-made templates listed in our shop are hand coded by us, we do not use generators, this means that our finished layouts, concepts, graphics we create, and all coding used within them are copyright protected to us, with all rights reserved. Using our layouts as a basis to create your own templates(i.e. switching out graphics, but keeping our layout and coding) IS copyright infringment. All Violations will be pursued to the full extent of the law by our lawyer.
Pre-made website templates allow you to purchase a design that is ready made and much more affordable than a custom website template design. Installation services are only provided if you are using one of the approved carts on our approved carts page for your websites software.
All pre-made templates are sold as shown with no changes to color schemes, layouts, fonts, graphics, or any other design elements. The template will be customized as shown with your company details. You are responsible for the set up of your shopping cart and sites content.
Placement photos shown in the home page layouts of our proofs, are licensed from www.bigstockphoto.com for our internal use only as placeholder photos. These photos are not included with your template purchase. If you would like to use stock photography for the home page collage shown in your purchased template, you can license the stock imagery directly from www.bigstockphoto.com.
