    What do I need before I order a theme? top

    In order to use our themes you must sign up for hosting and use the approved shopping cart software provided by one of the approved web hosts listed on our approved web hosts page. All of our themes are now mobile responsive and require version 2.84 or after of the approved cart software. Our themes are not compatible with any other advanced software offered by the host. 

    • Once you purchase your web hosting from one of our approved web hosts(some plans are only for hosting, so please verify with the host that your plan includes the shopping cart software that is needed for our templates), you can then peruse our catalog of pre-made template designs and choose the template you would like to use for your website.
    • You will then submit your order through our online ordering system and once we receive your order and full payment, you will receive a customization questionnaire for the template you purchased via email. Once we receive your complete customization questionnaire and valid log in details requested, your order will be added to our processing queue for customization and installation. We must have all details and your valid log in details before your order will begin processing. See our current processing times here.

    Do I receive installation services with my theme order? top

    Yes. Our theme price includes free installation of the purchased theme, stylesheet, and all associated customized/merged graphics as long as you are using a shopping cart/hosting solution that is on our approved shopping cart page. 

     

    If you are using a host that you feel uses a similar shopping cart system as our other approved carts, please feel free to contact us to see if your cart is compatible with our templates and we can let you know if we will be able to provide installation services...


    When will my theme be installed? top

    You can find our current processing times here. Please note that all customization and log in details will need to be submitted before your order will be added to our processing queue. We do not provide proofs for pre-made designs and processing turnaround starts from when we receive all requested customization details and your valid log in credentials for your approved hosting account.


    Can I have the source or .psd files for my template? top

    We do not release source files or layered .psd files for any of our designs. You will receive the customized graphics contained in your purchased design, but source or layered files are never released. Please note that we do require any additional usage of our graphics to be licensed with us.

     For example...you purchase a Made to Match Business Card Image, you would like to extract the company name and embellishments out of this design and use it for a post card you will mail to your customers. You either need to purchase a print logo from us and then you can use the logo however you wish for any number of print items or you need to purchase a Made to Match Post Card image design from us which will contain the license for this use. The logo is a better deal as you can use the logo for any number of branded print items.

     


    I am a business or individual and I would like to purchase your graphics and re-sell them. top

    Unfortunately, as stated in our terms, we do not allow our themes, graphics, coding, or design concepts to be re-sold or transferred to another individual. You are purchasing a license to use the graphics on your own site and the license is being granted to you only.

    You may not transfer ownership of the design to another individual. If you need to purchase full ownership and copyright to your design so that you may transfer ownership to a secondary individual, then you will need to contact us to purchase the copyright to the designs.

    Keep in mind if you purchased a pre-made template and other designs have been sold, you may not purchase the copyright due to the fact that we can not sell it to you as a OOAK. Pricing for full copyright ownership varies depending on the design, but can range from $1000-$6000 per template or graphics site.


    Will every page generated by the approved cart have the same template? top

    Yes every page, category, or product generated from within the store admin will have the same theme serving.  The theme consists of the main background, header, side bar, footer. The home page layout will be installed on the home page only if your template includes one.

     


    Where do I find the log in details you requested in the questionnaire? top

    The log in details for cpanel and the store admin area that we requested within the questionnaire will be sent by your web host. They should be sent within a welcome email that will list all of your log in and cart account details. You can either forward this email to us or copy the details from this email into the questionnaire.

     


    Do you have a phone number we may contact you at? top

    As a virtual business, we prefer to communicate via email. This allows us to keep an accurate record of the correspondence between both parties and eliminates any confusion regarding what was discussed. Email also allows our design team to remain focused on the design projects we are currently working on.

     For security reasons we do not give out personal information or phone numbers for any of our employees or staff. We understand that once a custom contract has been entered into you may want to contact us via telephone to discuss some issues...We will consider these requests on a client to client basis for custom design projects. Phone support is not available for pre-made and made to match design products, all support will be done via email correspondence.

     


    I am a Web designer and one of my clients would like to use one of your templates on their website. Can I purchase the template to use on my clients website? top

    Unfortunately, as stated in our terms of use, we do not allow web designers or graphic designers to purchase our templates to use on their own clients websites. All template purchases, must be made by the business owner that will be using the template directly through our website.

     


    What forms of Payment do you accept? top

    All payments are processed through Paypal. You can pay by any credit card accepted by Paypal. You can also pay via your Paypal balance or e-check. E-check's have a processing turnaround of 3-5 business days. If you pay via e-check, your order will not begin processing until the e-check clears.
